After three years of mentoring incarcerated youth, Agustin left to attend law school where he became an active member and eventually the President for California Western School of Law, La Raza Law Students. Agustin volunteered with the San Diego District Attorney’s Office where he was hired shortly after graduating law school. After passing the bar, they hired him as a full-time criminal prosecutor and has been in the office since.
He is currently on the executive board for the San Diego La Raza Lawyers, as well as the CWSL Alumni Association. He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
